International Evening 2023

18th March 2023 was the day of the 28th International Evening organized by the English-German Student Council of the UP Medical School.

The event is a celebration of cultural diversity. This is a night when all the international students of the University of Pécs can represent and introduce their homecountry by showing their folklore, typical cuisine or through performances on stage – this year in front of around three thousand people.

Along with the Hungarian, there were 21 national tables set by the students wearing traditional clothing and offering food and drinks typical to their homeland.

The motto of this year's event was "World Reunited", not only representing multiculturalism and coexistence, but also acceptance of each other's cultures and community spirit at the University of Pécs.
