How difficult is Pharmacy at the University of Pécs? What is the workload like? Can you transfer credits from another university?
Is Pharmacy difficult to study?
Pharmacy is a demanding, science-based program combining chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences and medical subjects. Students can expect lectures, practical and laboratory classes, independent study and regular examinations.
Some courses may be particularly challenging, especially those involving chemistry, calculations or extensive scientific material. However, consistent preparation and good time management are more important than being naturally good at every subject.
Can I transfer university credits?
If you have already completed university studies, some of your previous courses may be eligible for credit recognition. Credit transfer is assessed individually and is not automatic. You may need to provide an official transcript and detailed course descriptions or syllabi so that the relevant university body can determine whether your previous studies correspond to courses in the Pharmacy curriculum.
